How to setup OnCue

Last Updated: Aug 29, 2013 11:50AM EDT
To use OnCue:  Make sure everyone has the Ad-Hoc networking turned to On.  To do this:  Utilities Menu--> Settings--> Live Bar Options--> Include networking turned to On--> Done.  Now when they are viewing a chord chart, they will see a round icon in the bottom right corner of their chord chart that has a dot or a wifi antenna symbol in it.  They want the antenna symbol to be showing (this means the network is turned on).  Now the master iPad will do the following:  Share menu--> Beam--> Place a check mark next to all the devices you want to control-->  If the devices do not appear, tap the refresh button in the bottom of the wireless sharing box and wait about 30 seconds for the devices to show--> Then tap Enable OnCue wireless streaming to On--> This will send an invitation to the other iPads--> Once they accept, you will have control over what they are seeing.

If you have trouble getting all the iPads to show in the Wireless Sharing box, make sure everyone has the same version of OnSong.  Then pick to use either Bluetooth or Wireless and turn the other off in the iPad settings app.
